Cross-Functional Work
Throughout my career I have sat at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, serving as the connective tissue between user needs and business decisions. At Wix, I function as the primary point of contact across four major functional groups simultaneously, translating 36,000+ customer feedback signals into actionable recommendations that engineering and product teams can act on, while ensuring senior stakeholders across sales and marketing have the consumer narratives they need to drive retention and growth.
My cross-functional work spans the full product lifecycle. I have coordinated launch readiness plans across support, product, and engineering teams, managed escalation frameworks that move user-reported issues from identification to resolution, and led feedback operations that inform roadmap prioritization across 30+ products. I have also built and facilitated Wix's B2B Customer Advisory Board, bringing the external user voice directly into internal product conversations across invoicing, AI, and client management.
Earlier in my career at Uru Sports, I represented user needs to product and engineering teams during a live beta launch, managing feedback flows from both existing and new user bases while simultaneously coordinating brand partnerships, investor relations, and an international event in Tokyo across multiple external stakeholder groups. At ROI Rocket, I managed relationships with 120+ clients across Fortune 500 companies and top consulting firms, serving as the primary strategic advisor across CPG, technology, healthcare, and private equity, while leading internal qualitative research teams and external vendor partnerships concurrently.
Across every role, my approach has been the same: build the systems and relationships that let user insight travel quickly and credibly to the people who can act on it.
