Project-specific webinar where I was recruited to be the moderator and technical presenter on new Wix Bookings features. Webinar was in front of over 5,000 attendees.
Skills Learned
Organized many presenters (worldwide), chat support, success management, marketing, and more to make sure this event went smoothly.
Biggest Takeaway
Get rid of the grey area. If you're not sure who's doing what, create a process to organize it. I refused to let any technical difficulties be a limiting factor to that large of a webinar - download demos to avoid the "demo curse," hop on an hour before to make sure video and wifi works for all parties, etc.
