Researched Pay Links, a new alternative payment solution from the Invoices team. This product was more optimized for mobile, and optimized a different flow for those who hadn’t adopted the full Invoices product suite. I led roundtables and consumer feedback plus the beta rollout. The result of this research: Over $1M in revenue in its first month in rollout

With my insights into the Bookings customer at Wix.com, we frequently noticed HIPAA compliance was a crucial feature request. After reporting it to the proper channels, I was able to partake in a detailed “hackathon” where we outlined scope and conducted more interviews, to then provide recommendations, dashboards, and success metrics.

The result of this research: As of April 2026, it officially went live with 10k+ sites adoption in first month.
