User Voice & Insights

Overview

With over 10 years of user voice, market research, and insights experience, I've provided a few key sample projects below.

Skills Learned

Defining methodology, implementing qualitative and quantitative research standards, drawing results and key takeaways from feedback, working in cross functional teams to share relevant information.

Biggest Takeaways

You need to tell a clear story and make your findings digestible to the relevant stakeholders and leadership

User voice is not a deliverable I produce at the end of a project. It is the infrastructure I build at the beginning of one.

Over the past 10 years I have designed and operated the systems that capture, organize, and amplify what users are actually experiencing, so that product and engineering teams have the signal they need to build better. At Wix, that meant architecting a first-party feedback intelligence system that captured 36,000+ customer signals over three years, building a qualitative interview program that produced 3,000+ consumer conversations across 250+ projects, and pioneering LLM-powered workflows that allowed our team to synthesize user voice at a scale and speed that was previously impossible.

But capturing signal is only half the work. The other half is making sure it lands. I have spent my career translating messy, high-volume user feedback into clear escalation paths, executive narratives, and roadmap recommendations that actually move product teams to act. At ROI Rocket I did this across 600+ research projects for Fortune 500 clients and top consulting firms. At Uru Sports I built the feedback infrastructure during a live beta launch, managing user voice flows in real time while a new product was still taking shape.

The throughline across every role is the same conviction: the user always knows something the product team does not yet know, and my job is to build the bridge between those two realities as efficiently and credibly as possible.
